At Texas Cattle Company, we select only USDA Prime and Choice three-year-old grain-fed and hormone-free beef, the best quality meat anywhere. After starting with the best beef, we age our steaks for a minimum of 4-6 weeks for tenderness and flavor. Next we’ll trim, season and flame-broil them on our 1200°custom built Florida citrus and oak wood-burning pit, making them absolutely the best tasting steaks anywhere!
