At Texas Cattle Company, we select only USDA Prime and Choice three-year-old grain-fed and hormone-free beef, the best quality meat anywhere. After starting with the best beef, we age our steaks for a minimum of 4-6 weeks for tenderness and flavor. Next we'll trim, season and flame-broil them on our 1200°custom built Florida citrus and oak wood-burning pit, making them absolutely the best tasting steaks anywhere!
Texas Cattle Company's secret has to be the pit. Steaks, chicken, chops and fresh fish are all cooked over our pit. The flavor from the wood is marvelous with an aroma that will make your mouth water.
